Ortega, Jr., CFE, is a professional organization dedicated to providing technical and expertise services in the areas of commercial investigations and security consultations. The firm is licensed and insured as per regulations set forth by the Private Security Bureau (PSB) Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety.

FOUNDER - Jesus M. Ortega, Jr., CFE, has over thirty years of experience and expertise in the fields of law enforcement, industrial security, commercial investigations and security consultations. Mr. Ortega is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, an internationally recognized organization of the top investigators and fraud examiners. In addition, Mr. Ortega is an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), which is the most recognized organization of professional security managers and consultants. Mr. Ortega served with the El Paso Police Department for ten years, leaving with the rank of Sergeant. Since 1992, Mr. Ortega has been licensed as a security consultant with the Private Security Bureau (PSB) Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Mr. Ortega is Bi-lingual, having been born in Chihuahua, Mexico, though he was raised and educated in the El Paso, TX area. Mr. Ortega continues to pursue his Bachelor's Degree in the field of Criminal Justice, along with other continuing education courses taken as a normal course of maintaining his certifications and licenses.
